Explore: inquire, examine, research, search, seek, try, test, delve into

My husband and I recently embarked on a 25-day trailer (caravan) camping trip—partly to get our trailer serviced a few states away, but mostly to explore.
We revisited the Grand Canyon, ventured into Mesa Verde National Park, and wandered through Joshua Tree. Along the way, we passed through both small hamlets and bustling towns, discovered unique foods at local supermarkets, and took in a variety of breathtaking landscapes.
The journey was stimulating—sparking conversations, shared experiences, and moments of awe. It was nourishing, not just for our minds but for our relationship.
Studies show that the more we explore, the longer we live. Exploration makes us more well-rounded, keeps our brains active, and strengthens our connections with others.
So, I encourage you to EXPLORE—whether it's learning a new skill, picking up a hobby, researching a topic, discovering a new part of your city, diving into a book, or trying a sport. Seek out something new. You never know what you might find!
